Jabber over Comcast ISP Issue?

Good Morning,

Has anyone experienced issues when using Jabber over Comcast as the ISP Provider? We have a customer using the Jabber application at home (connects to the office over AnyConnect VPN). If he calls another person in the office that is on an IP Phone, the call session (SIP portion) sets up fine, the call is picked up, but there's no sound. If he disconnects from Comcast and uses his Verizon wireless hotspot, then connects to the AnyConnect VPN and retries the call, it goes through without issue. At this point it seems like a Comcast issue, perhaps an MTU problem? Just wanted to see if anyone else out there has run into something similar. Thanks! Ernest
