We are using CUCM/IMP 12.5 with AD integration, default user@domainlogin
As long as the email field is blank in AD, we can login with user@domain and users show online if logged in etc.
However, if someone has an email address, that updates the directory URI field in CUCM automatically and they will now show as being offline when they are in fact online.
Not sure what is causing the issue, we can workaround this by setting the email field in AD to username@domain which will then update the URI filed in CUCM but this isn't ideal, we should be able to have a valid actual email address and not affect online status correct?
