Jabber problem - Invalid certificate

Hi. I have a Jabber client V 11.8.0 for windows but when i try to connect it show me

"Certificate error 
The server presents a certificate to 192.168.100.221 that cisco jabber can not accept "

Going to -> Show error notifications in help and show me error code: CJ:1000:101.

I trying change de jabber versión but not work. Whith my android work well

If the CUCM/IM&P/CUC certificates are not pushed to the device's certificate repository PRIOR to you trying to login, they will show up that notification until you accept it. The Jabber documentation has a whole chapter dedicated to certificates, and this is discussed.

you need to either use a public CA. Or your own CA. The certificates need have the FQDN of the servers. Then you will not receive errors.
