Hi Guys!
Is there any way to automate a TFTP download of the config.xml files to the Jabber clients?
I have found people don’t restart their PC’s and consequently Jabber application for quite a few days. As a result, any changes to the Jabber_config.xml file does not take till a restart of Jabber etc…
Any way around this that anyone has figured?
Any help much appreciated!

Hi James,
There is no workaround for this. The only way Jabber for Windows picks up the changes is if the user signs out & back in.
Thanks,

Bugger! Thanks.
Pity, as a scheduled restart of some sort would also solved the issue of the loss of presence for the “away” and “PC Lock” when these client are not restarted after a couple of days….
Thanks anyway!
Cheers!
