We recently moved over to Jabber from Lync and my support team has a beef with the screen share option. Screen sharing works fine in Jabber except that it has to be user initiated. My support team would like to be able to send a screen share request / invite to the user. With some users it's challenging to walk them through sharing their screen.
Is there a way to invite or request a user to share their screen in Jabber? Jabber for windows 11.9.1 build 55716. CUCM 11.5.
Or anyone aware of anything on the road map for this? Thanks!

Not AFAIK, the user who is going to share their screen needs to initiate the share. Why not create a small doc or set of images you can share with them to tell them what to do?

We can do that of course, just would be nice if it was built in. Seems like a pretty useful feature to add in. I sent it along to my SE. Thanks.!
