Hi,
All our macs have been updated to the latest OSX 10.8.4 and the search directory on Jabber isn't working.
It just keeps spinning and no results come up.
Please advise

I just had a similar issue.
Are your users inside a LDAP OU or just in a global catalog such as dc=domain, dc=com?

Are you using port 389?
I was having issues, changed to 3268 and it worked but my users were not under any OU.
You could try, it doesn't affect other devices such as jabber for windows or iPhone.
