Hi Mohammed,
Jabber for windows is supported on some virtualized platforms like Citrix, thin client etc. In virtualized environment Cisco VXME is the engine which makes it work. The VXME makes sure that the media flows local between thin clients instead of sending it to the data center together with the signalling. The signalling is sent towards the Call Manager and the VDI server in the data center.

Yes, you are correct, VMWare is using PCoIP. Cisco Virtualization Experience Client 6215 does support both PCoIP and RDP.

We have already thin clients from Wyse. Cisco VXC 6215 is a thin client. I can't replace almost 3000 Thin Client. I Think Cisco Jabber Doesn't work with VDI Solution using RDP Protocol.
