Jabber softphone call hijacks headset when in Webex

Looking for troubleshooting advice.  We have employees who are on a Webex and they receive and incoming Jabber softphone call - their headset gets hijacked for the softphone call (even though they don't answer it) and they lose connection with the Webex audio.  To get it back you must go into Webex audio controls and select different audio option and then go back to your headset setting.  A number of our customers using variety of headsets (jabra, plantronics, wired, bluetooth) have complained about the issue.  Anyone else experienced this and have suggestions?
