Jabber status will not change

HI,

 

   MY cisco Jabber will not up date the status when I am on a call or if I go to do not disturb it lock my computer up. This issue is only happening to a few users.

CM version 9.1

Cups 9.1

Windows Jabber version 9.6.1

 

  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Make sure the SIP trunk has the proper CSS to monitor phones and all user/device/line associations are in place.
