Hi all,
I have doubt that how cisco jabber's directory services works.
whether it will use our domain name / password for sync with LDAP or it will use our LDAP user name / password (the one which we used to configure with CUCM).
because whenever users tries to install new cisco jabber, Our LDAP user name which is in our CUCM getting locked out.
I am using BDI for Cisco jabber directory services
