Jabber unable to search contacts in Outlook 2016

I've noticed that Jabber is now unable to search our Outlook contacts, since upgrading to Office 2016.  it's able to lookup the GAL but not local Outlook contacts.  Anyone else noticed this, or can anyone suggest a fix?

I've noticed it in the last few versions, and it's still the same in 11.1.1​

Right now, Cisco Jabber Windows 11.x supports Technical Preview edition of Office 2016. We don't support the enterprise Office 2016 yet.
