We have one user that is unable to voice conference in Jabber. He can make the call to the 3rd person, but the green button used to add that 3rd person to the conference does nothing for him. Have reset Jabber, moved him to different workstations for testing. Result is the same. The only thing that we've seen before is that if the max # of calls value in CUCM is not set high enough, conference will not work. That value is set to 6 for this user. Any other ideas?

Voice conference is completely based of CUCM CFB , followed by MRG and MRGL which is associated on device pool ...
Please check device pool have valid MRGL .

This issue is happening with All jabber user or only with this single user .
