Hello,
recently i have faced with a strange problem using jabber client.
i have cucm, imp and expressway and the problem is none of jabber clients (ios,android,windows) are able to make video call while at the beginning of cucm installation video call was working.
now i have no idea in which step video call has been disabled and here is list of all action i have done to resolve it:
-video call parameters are enabled in jabber client
-video is enabled in service parameters
- no video call even in cucm only mode
- no video call even with two internal clients
- regenerating imp certficates
- restarting cucm and imp servers
- ensuring validity of dns records
- downgrading jabber clinets to lower version (11.0.0)
- checking allow bfcp in sip profile
I would appreciate if there is other solution to resolve it.

A lot of what you did has nothing to do with video calls, did you make sure your regions allow video calls??

Thanks Jaime, region was the problem.
region was in default setting and i created separate regions for mobile and desktop users based on this.
but still i have no idea why it was working at beginning of cucm installation.
