Jabber voice on Droid turbo won't register with Cucm

Jabber voice installed on a Droid Turbo (with android 4.4.4) is able to ping CUCM but will not  register with CUCM 9.2.   The same Jobber voice client worked on the droid maxx.  Is the the jabber voice client compatible with the Droid Turbo?
