Cisco offers a number of resources for you to use to compare Jabber features. I recommend starting here to learn more about Cisco Jabber and to see an analyst's perspective on Cisco versus Microsoft.  http://www.cisco.com/web/products/voice/jabber.html

Hi Kelli,

Just a general appeal really, I've noticed of late that there's more and more information appearing that is restricted to partners only.  Whilst I appreciate roadmap information may need a little more restrictive, general docs such as architecture designs and competative comparisons are vital for customers to build their own internal business cases.

The amount of collateral freely available on Lync is putting Cisco on the back foot in this case.
