Yes.
You need to add the 'associated remote identity' on the iphone device page in CUCM - basically if it works for SNR, it will work for this. Probably.
Other things you need to do are:
1) Set the ' Transfer to Mobile Network' option to 'Use MObility Key'
2) Ensure you have a softkey set assigned that has the Mobility key included
3) Ensure that you have configure US user locale on the device, or it won't work (bug)
Then during a call, select 'actions' then 'use mobile network' - on a good day the phone wil ring and when you answer it you are on GSM.
