Jabber with error registration rejected

Hi Guys, 

We have the User that is working Jabber. After removed and create again the Jabber in CUCM it remain in registration rejected. I reviewed the all configuration and not found problem. In RTMT it apper with status: Initialized Error. Any idea about this?
