jabber with iphone in uc560

i am configuring jabber on uc560.

when i configure

voice register global its showing following error.and couldnt connect to jabber

UC560(config-register-global)#create profile

%Error deleting flash:/SEP07CCA10DCF2B.cnf.xml (File in use in an incompatible mode)

what could be the reason?

Hi,

Have you try to delete manually that xml from the flash?

Please remove the voice register pool, the erase the xml file from flash, and finally configure the pool again.

Let us know how it goes.
