Hi!
I have a problem by a customer and cannot find a solution, so I would like to share the information. Maybe you have ideas of how to solve thi problem.
The customer have CUCM, IMP and Expressway with Jabber for CTI, Chat and Presence and OAuth authentication. All the branches have internal DNS with the Jabber SRV records (_cisco-uds, _cuplogin), but one small branch have no MLPS and no DNS, only internet but they can reach CUCM and IMP directly via private IPs. The hostnames of CUCM and IMP can be resolved, so I tried to install the Jabber client with:
msiexec.exe /i CiscoJabberSetup.msi CLEAR=1 AUTHENTICATOR=CUP CUP_ADDRESS=cups.domain.loc EXCLUDED_SERVICES=Webex SERVICES_DOMAIN=domain.loc CTI=cucm.domain.loc TFTP=cucm.domain.loc
Under C:\ProgramData\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber in the file jabber-bootstrap.properties I see all the right settings, but if the user is logged in CTI does not working. What I noticed is that the OAuth login windows will not be displayed, only the Jabber login.
Can be possible to have such a setup with OAuth?
What can be the problem?
Do you have another idea?
Thank you.
Mirko
