Is it possibile to schedule a meeting including the Join by Phone option (please see the figure attached) when the host has a Webex Teams M3 subscription (A-SPK-NAMED-USER configuration, formerly including Webex Meeting Center) without Webex conferencing audio options (e.g. Toll Audio)?
