lock icon in encryption jabber does not appears

Hi,

I have to deploy encrypted call on CUCM 10.5, the calls do it, on any device, in cisco jabber clients too, but in that devices, does not appears the lock icon on de screen, any body can help me????

I attached a screenshot, in jabber for android is the same problem, and jabber for iphone too.

for windows 11.1.0 compilation 21135, and same for android

There was an old bug in which it was not showing up, but it should have been fixed since 9.7, is this over MRA??

Can you post a screenshot of the CAPF section of the CSF device??
