I am not able to login into Jabber app on my android device. Username and password works on cisco website and other phone and PC.

Please advise.

Can you please provide your Android model and Jabber version. A screenshot of the issue will also be helpful.

Also are you trying to connect inside your network using Wifi or from outside using expressway or VPN.

when you configured jabber for andriod in CUCM, did you assign the user to jabber BOT phone and did you assign the phone to user controlled devices?
