hello all,
we have a problem with logout from hunt group. The users have a jabber for windows and jabber for iphone.
In jabber for windows the user can logout from the hunt group and does not receive any calls for the hunt pilot number (as desired).
However, he/she still receives calls for the hunt pilot number on the jabber iphone (what is not desired). we have not found any way to logout from the jabber iphone client.
we have <EnableCallPickup>true</EnableCallPickup> in both jabber-config files.
jabber client version is 11.8 in both cases
any idea what to do?

Is that a shared line, or a whole different DN?

yes - it is a shared line - between these two jabber clients.

Technically the device logs out of the Line Group, not the DN. There is no Jabber iOS/Android feature for controlling hunt or pickup participation. You'll have to advocate for this feature enhancement through your Cisco AM.
