Low Audio on jabber for both incoming and outgoing calls.

Many users having the low audio on jabber for 14.0.3 version. Audio is getting restored when users click on speaker icon on jabber during the call and then trying to increase volume. Audio is also restoring when users radio check do nothing in sound propertied under the communications. Did any one know why it is happening and what is the fix for this.

Apparently, it's called DUCKING.

I am also having this issue - whenever the user answers/places call in Jabber, the volume for Jabber drops 80%. Almost impossible to hear.
