Is there a document that sets forth maximum parameters for Spark features?
Not sure of course what parameters would have maximums - it may be that there are no limits,
but some ideas would be:
max file attachment size
max attendees per room
max # rooms that one can join
max archive retention (size, oldest date, #postings, retention time?)
max total room disk space (messages + files + archive)
etc...
Thank you

Currently we do not impose any limits. We recommend keeping the file size under 20MB to preserve the experience for users on slow/mobile network but there are no limits around max file size, number of rooms or users within the room or retention time.

Hi, you may want to confirm that, as I tried to upload an 88MB file and it was continuously denied. I spoke with someone at Cisco and they confirmed this, as they could not upload a similar sized file into a spark room either. Not sure if this limitation is placed only on the free version, but a further confirmation is required.
Thanks

Mine is paid and I have had better luck on web clients vs desktop plus getting an upload status indicator is so much better
Thanks
