MCU calling into 3rd party Audio bridge

I have a customer that would like to have his MCU Call all of his Video endpoints And call  into a separate audio bridge for people that are on the road.

Calling the video endpoints is no problem and calling the audio bridge is doable, but need to see if there is a way to send the delayed participant code after being connected.

Is there a way to do this or is it more likely to have the audio bridge call the MCU's bridge number?

would be interested in thoughts.

Hi,

On my smart phone for conferences dial into regularly I have address book entries to their conferences in the format of number,,pin ie XXXXXX,,XXXX (each comma is a one second pause then sends the other digits once connected as DTMF). Not sure if the MCU you have supports this.

You could also look at using Telepresence Conductor might be a possibility you could have a a dedicated dial-in number for this type of confrence and then the conductor could auto dial participant(s). Cisco has 'community' version of conductor that supports a single MCU but no official TAC support. But you would need to check of the pause with extra digits is also supported and has everything else you are after. If that works it would be great for your customer as it is an automated process making it easy for the user.

The below link has the auto dial participant
