Media Service Interface

I am trying to enable Deskphone Video call with Jabber for windows 9.1.2 when on deskphone audio. I have some clients running Windows 8 64 bit but get an error when trying to install Media Services Interface. Question is msi_setup-3-2-2-0-6008.msi compatible with Windows 8 or is Media Services compatible with Windows 8 or 64 bit operating system in general? Thanks.

Hi,

Windows 8 is not yet officially supported by Jabber for Windows. Current target Jabberwin release for Windows 8 support is 9.3 in Q3 (Win8 classic mode).
