Hi Guys,
Three of use have installed the new 9.7.2 and have found the voice-mail tab missing?
Anyone else seeing this?
All older versions are fine???... Any ideas?

-> what is the version of unity connection in use ?
-> Also when you click show connection status in the latest jabber ; what do you see mentioned against voicemail.
-> What is the version of call manager/im and presence?
Answers to the above may be needed before we move further.

-> What is the version of call manager/im and presence? CUCM 8.6.2.23900-10 & CUPS 8.6.5.13900-2
Basically, if I uninstall 9.7.2 & put 9.7.1 back on, I get my voicemail tab back. Put 9.7.2 back on & the tab disappears.

we have jabber for windows 9.7.3 available to download ; can you try to install this release and see if this resolves your issue;

This does not fix the issue. Even with Jabber 9.7.3 we do not see any tabs for voicemail in configuration.
Let us know how to proceed.

ok try the following ;
-> log in to cups admin page
-> click application \ cisco jabber \ voicemail server
-> click find
If you donot find the entry for the voicemail server; go ahead and add the entry using " unity connection" as Server type.
-> once this is complete check if there is a mailstore config already exisiting; if it is
-> then make sure that in the voicemail profile the voicemail server entry is added.
once this is done and saved; log in to jabber again and see if you get the tab; it looks like from 9.7.2 onwards voicemail server entry is needed to get the tab.
