And have you done as instructed by the message in the screenshot???

Do you also have users configured to be used with the provisioning extension?

Do you have valid certificates on your TMS and VCS??

And have you enabled those options in VCS-C??

Please try restarting the TMSPE service.

If it still fails then please provide the TMSPE logs along with diagnostics logs from VCS Control after reproducing the issue.
