I get the following error when I attempt to enable Provisioning in TMS.

#28 - TMS Provisioning Extension services communication failure - The VCS is unable to communicate with the TMS Provisioning Extension services. Phone book service failures can also occur if TMS does not have any users provisioned against this

And have you done as instructed by the message in the screenshot???

Do you also have users configured to be used with the provisioning extension?

Do you have valid certificates on your TMS and VCS??

Jaime, I have users provisioned and have valid certificates on both TMS and VCS.

And have you enabled those options in VCS-C??

For TLS and authentication?

Please try restarting the TMSPE service.

If it still fails then please provide the TMSPE logs along with diagnostics logs from VCS Control after reproducing the issue.
