Solved: MRA external users and screen clips

I have MRA 12.5.7 and external users cannot post screen clippings in chat. I have read were this is an issue in older releases and I wasn't sure if this is still the case? Thanks!

File transfer over MRA requires MFT as explained in the MRA configuration guide, do you have MFT configured?

No, I do not have MFT configured or I assume it is not. I will check out the guide on this. Thanks!

Thanks @Jaime Valencia! I have MFT setup now and it works with offsite clients.
