My video on windows Jabber Client does not come up when Answering with speaker button on Ip Phone 7965 even when the call is from another jabber client user. It does work for only two of my Staff but never worked for others, I have checked every other settings on my CUCM unified frameworks profiles all look the same but couldn't get it to work.

I re-installed Msi on every pc,also restart the MSI services too,but no headway.

Do all have the Media Services Interface installed, and nothing blocking communications?

Yeah everybody has MSI installed, video comes up whenever i answer through PC but with speaker pickup no. Nothing that i know is Blocking communications.
