New room bookings in TMS are not updating corresponding Exchange Calendars

TMS 14.4.2

TMSXE 4.0.3.1051

All Calendars are on Exchange 2010 SP3

When reserving only via Outlook/Exchange all updates occur normally through the TMS

When adding, deleting or modifying via TMS, no calendar updates occur.

Any help is appreciated.
