New to Unity and working on Notification. Need to disable voice file

Hi All,

I follow some of the videos and documentations on the Unity notification, I have the HTML and SMTP notification working, however my issue is I somehow turned on the email notification to outlook to send the voice file as well, and I need to turn that off.

Not sure where I do that, and was hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Hi @jsalomon,

You may have turned on Accept and Relay voice message functionality under Message Actions. This setting is under end Users >> Select User >> Edit >> Message Actions.

That was it, I had to change it to accept the message, and now I get the notification we need to get.
