Cisco MediaSense - Port 5060 and 5061 no responding - SIP Trunk Down

We have a Cisco MediaSense cluster, which is without service and in the review we validate that the SIP trunk in the CUCM is down, in review with the Cisco TAC it indicates that the MediaSense is not responding to port 5060 or 5061.
Cisco Mediasense services were restarted and even the cluster, but it does not work, the CUCM SIP Trunk was also recreated and the CUCM cluster was restarted but without results. What more corrections could you make in Cisco MediaSense?
