New Unity Connection Message Transcription (SpeechView) failure

The old Speechview worked with Unity Interview Handlers to capture the entire interview. With the new Webex Speehview for Unity, the transcription only captures the first .wav file of the messageid, rather than all of them.

Support is suggesting that I put in an feature enhancement request, but this seems more like a bug in existing features to me.

Anyone have any thoughts on how I can overcome this limitation?

Hi @BrianChernish, I discussed this internally with our developers and was able to communicate that this should have a defect associated, which was communicated to your TAC engineer.  For any also reading this and wondering:

Unfortunately, no workaround for Interview Handlers with Webex in house transcriptions at this point in time.  The agreement with Nuance has been retired so investigation with prior behavior with Interview Handlers can't be tested/investigated to compare what was being done differently by Nuance vs. what Webex is doing now.
