Experiencing issues with one way audio when transferring contact center calls ( both CCE and CCX )via jabber.
We are on jabber version 14.0.1

adding further to this , if anyone else has experienced this issue and if upgrading to later versions fixed ?
situation: we upgraded from older jabber version to 14.0.1 to fix audio quality issue , and now this issue has come up.

Hi Narinder,
Given the situation you are mentioning, I would suggest checking the following:
1. What is the call flow?
2. Are only Jabber devices experiencing this issue? Do you have IP Phones to check?
3. Do you have call recording enabled? If yes, it is possible to disable it for testing?
4. Is the issue reproducible or intermittent?
5. Have you tried using the latest version of Jabber for Windows (14.0.4)?

For further troubleshooting, a PCAP and a Jabber PRT should be needed, keep in mind that a timestamp, called, calling and transfer numbers are needed.
