No Audio for Jabber Calls through Expressway

Dears 

we have this MRA solutions

CUCM 11.5
IMP 11.5
EXP-C 12.3
EXP-E 12.3   Dual NIC Mode


Clients Can login successfully using Jabber ( Android and Windows ) and Jabber get registered on CUCM.
when they can call each other and when calls answered there's no audio .

we checked nat setting on EXP-E (External interface ) and all setting is good .
, all RTP ports  between Public internet and expressway-E are opened alco between EXP-C and EXP-E.
Also we checked nat on FW .

So please advise us how can we get the main reason of this issue .

Hello,

 

I will suggest to take pcap on client jabber pc and diagnostics logs on both expresswayc/E and pcap on internal endpoint as well and see on which point it is getting dropped?

Most of the time it is firewall but you can only see through pcaps.
