No calls via Jabber at remote site

We have a new office that users are able to login to Jabber, IM and register phone services (green check mark) but unable to make calls.  Jabber works fine in the US, but this office in Asia is giving me some problems.  CSF templates are applied correctly when logging and IP connectivity is there as traceroute/ping all return the desired results.  The sites are connected via DMVPN tunnel and we are using a hybrid jabber environment.  

Jabber calls work fine in the US and connected to a US VPN, its just users local to this office.  Is there a setting somewhere that I need to allow this new subnet?  Otherwise does anyone have any idea what I should be looking at?

You need to explain exactly what is happening to those calls in order to get assistance, "no calls" does not provide any detail of exactly what is failing, so you can get pointers of what to look at.
