No Jabber-config.xml file for global change

Hi,

It has been raised that a number of our new starters do not appear to have their Jabber client set to 'auto-start' when they boot up. I know this can be set on the client (Start Cisco Jabber when my computer starts) but is there a way to set this so it happens globally? We have CUCM 10.5.1 and I am unable to find the jabber-config.xml file (http://CUCM_IP_Address:6970/jabber-config.xml), it states that there is not one when I search for it?

Is there another way to set this? Or is jabber-config.xml the only way?
