Forgive me, I am a CUCM rookie, usually use a 3rd party for all my setups. But, I just installed the Cisco Jabber 9.2 on a Windows machine and there is no option to make a call or softphone. But, when I install Jabber for Mac on my Mac it works just fine.
Does that sound like something obvious that I am missing in the Call Manager setup? Everything works fine with the old version of Personal Communicator on Windows.
