Notification for voicemail on Mac cannot be disabled

I have the Webex app for Mac (M1 chip). The issue I have is that there is a permanent notification badge (i.e. the number in the red circle) which cannot be disabled. In the Webex app, this appears under the voicemail tab, but when I open the tab I have no voicemail. The notification cannot be disabled on the Mac system either.

This might be cosmetic. Try clearing the webex cache and reset the Database under help.

Reset DB - Click your profile picture or initials in the upper left-hand corner and click Help and then click Health Checker. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Reset database button.
