I am using CUCM 12.5.1.16900-48 and One cluster two IMP nodes with version 12.5.1.16900-3 and jabber Version Version 14.1.3.57304 Build 307304
When we try to add our Director to the Chat group his name will be disappears from list. Adding other users has no issue. Even one to one chat with him no issue but we could not add him in group chat. Please share your idea if anyone having similar issue and possible resolution.
