We're on Jabber4W 11.8 and CUCM 11.5.1. One of my sales reps is looking to get stats on outgoing calls. Or even better have Jabber notify when he's hit a certain number of outgoing external calls daily. Now while I don't think this is possible for Jabber, I certainly don't know everything.
Using the CAR reporting in CUCM doesn't really give me much useful information. When I run Individual bills I get a Quality of Service Report with totals. Doesn't make much sense. Anyone have any experience pulling good stats from the built in CAR application?

Jabber cannot provide any of what you're asking, that would be info you'd get from the CDRs.
CAR is a basic billing app with canned reports, if there is no report that provides the info you're looking for, you need to either buy a 3rd party app, or to process the CDRs yourself to get the info.
