Personnel multiparty option key

Dear All.

Our client is using conductor  Version: XC4.0 and TP server Version: 4.2(4.18)

Client has ordered PMP licenses which are installed correctly. This order was placed in June 2015 and  UC solution went live on Nov 2015

due to customer site readiness delay. Since this order was placed before sep2015 we have not received multiparty option key under PMP . This key is used to enable multiparty licensing inside conductor .

PAK generated prior to PMP license enforcement doesnt have this option key included.Please find attached screenshot.

Is there anyway to get this key as customer has paid for PMP licenses and this is newly created key by cisco at zero cost.

Yes, to get the new PMP license for Conductor, place new zero dollar order using CUWL-PMP-K9, then A2Q for order release, referencing CUWL Pro contract number. Choose existing PMP-Basic option, with qty being how many CUWL-Pro/PMP users you have covered by contract.
