Then, yes, you are using WebEx SaaS and you are referencing a correct web site and link for downloading ARF player, but for some reason that link seems to be broken.

There is no WebEx SaaS support community, so with that in mind, I would suggest calling them directly and they should be able to provide you with the ARF player.

I hope this will help you get your issue resolve faster.

Kind regards,

-Dejan

Yes looks like it is not fixed for all locations yet :( It should get fixed early February. In the meanwhile you can use these links to get the files needed:

ARF Player: https://akamaicdn.webex.com/client/WBXclient-T29L10NSP13EP71-10003/mac/intel/webexnbrplayer_intel.dmg
WRF Player: https://akamaicdn.webex.com/client/WBXclient-T29L10NSP13EP71-10003/mac/intel/webexplayer_intel.dmg

Hello Ruth,

It appears you are having issues with WebEx SaaS. Unfortunately, this community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (on-premise) and is not observed by WebEx experts.

I've confirmed that the links from downloading ARF or WRF files for MAC are resulting in the error you've noted.

I would advise you to call into Cisco WebEx Support at 1.866.229.3239, reference your WebEx Site Name, and ask if they can provide you with a valid link for ARF player for MAC.

I hope this will be of help.

Kind regards,

-Dejan

Hi,

We are recording sessions in our company while the sessions are stored on the company servers so i am not sure we are using SaaS.

is there community/mail i can reach the relevant support?

Thanks,

Ruth

Hi Ruth,

Does your WebEx Site Name ends with .webex.com domain?
