problem with send message to user in state offline

Hello

I have problem with cisco jabber .

when user (state:online) try to send message to antoher user(state:offline)

he got error:message could not be delivered.

in CUPS we configure "Suppress offline instant messaging".

my version cups:10.5.2.21900-4

my version of cisco jabber : 11-6-2.

any idea?

If you selected the Suppress Offline IM then it's working as intended. You'll need to dearliest that option if you want offline message caching to function.

can you explain what I need ? without configure "Suppress Offline IM"

in log I see:

and refer to section "Turn On or Off Offline Instant Messaging". it will answer your question.

try restarting XCP Router in off production hours
