Productivity tools for MacOS Sierra (12.10)

Hello,

we have an on-premise CWMS deployment that we have upgraded to the latest 2.7MR2 version.

Some of our customers are using the newest MacOS 10.12 (Sierra). Those users are unable to download the productivity tools from the webex - they don't have the Download link when they log in to the webex via web GUI.

I wasn't also able to find the PT for MacOS on cisco download page - there are only windows Productivity tools for the latest webex version.

Does anybody know if the PT for CWMS 2.7MR2 is available somewhere?

Hi Vojtech,

CWMS doesn't have PT for Mac and any version, and at this time it is not even in the roadmap.

It is planned for 3.0 version.

Does anyone know if this ended up getting included in version 3.0 or if there is a roadmap for MAC PT tools for CWMS?

Sadly,

It didn't get included in 3.0. It might be included in the upcoming releases, but the best is to talk to your Cisco Account Team who can work directly with Product Management on ensuring it gets considered for the next release.
