QM not recording full call. Beginning cut off for a few seconds.

Our QM recordings are not recording the first couple of seconds.  CCX 11.6, CUCM 12.5.  

Ive tried both phone preferred and gateway preferred but neither seem to make a difference.

For one particular recording... CUCM shows 60 seconds duration yet the call in QM is only 58 seconds long.

This isn't happening to all users but to some.  One Supervisor tells me there's no issue with the recordings but this one particular group is having the issue. 

What's the best way to troubleshoot this?
