Hello Community
we are facing a strange behaviour for the recording on mediasens , hope some one can help me on this
One of our site ( only on this voice vlan) , randomnely some calls ( 1 call /10 ) achmined via ucce are not correctly recorded on mediasense ,
we get a one way issue, we can hear only the agent on the recording
some one have an idea how to troublshoot this kind of issue ?
