FYI: We are using multiple CAD software packages in the company and Cisco IP phone and Jabber for the desktop.
Some of the roughly 100 users are having a problem with the CTRL L hotkey in Jabber. This hotkey is also used on their CAD workstations for other functions. If the key combination is pressed at unlucky point in time, it can cause calls to be answered over the Call Pick-up Group pop-up from the colleagues telephones.
Users have asked us if it is possible to remap or disable the CTRL keys in Jabber. We're using version 11.0.0 on Windows.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Randy

It's crazy that we are now on version 14 of Cisco Jabber for Windows and there is still no way to remap CTRL to something like ALT or completely disable the Jabber hotkeys.
I have users who need to use CTRL+L and CTRL+K for their other applications and they are inadvertently answering calls or ending calls in Jabber!
I'm guessing you never received any kind of reply/fix for your issue?
